If you have not seen or heard The Yoga Pants Rap, then let me introduce you! Deva Dalporto of MyLifeSuckers has created many viral videos that just have me in stitches. I love reading her blog which is always a good time but this little gem is one of my favorites.
If you are a mom, then you know what yoga pants mean in your life. When I first became a stay at home mom, I was in the dark. I had no idea this was a thing. Moms wearing yoga pants all day. I honestly felt lazy every time I went to the park with my kids because all the moms looked like they just came from the gym…
How the heck do they have the time and energy for the gym?! Well, I will let you in on a secret… They don’t. It’s a facade. It’s to just make you think they went to the gym and are sporty. Sure, sure, some moms are overachievers (blah, blah) but yoga pants don’t equal fitness. Get it?
I came to the dark side that is yoga pants several months into my stay-at-home mom assignment and I must say it is the best thing that ever happened to me. I totally rock those pants. That’s why the Yoga Pants Rap speaks to me. It literally says everything that I have ever thought about wearing yoga pants as a mom.
So yoga pants away, ladies! Rock ’em!

This is so funny! Thanks for the laugh and for saying what I have never put into words, lol. I have all this workout gear that is SO comfortable…but needs some exercising in, lol! Yoga pants are one of the greatest inventions of the century in my opinion. I don’t mean this in a crude way or anything. It’s taking the world by storm really. Pretty much anywhere you go you see people wearing yoga pants. Even if you don’t do yoga it’s okay, like you said, just keep rocking ’em!
That is true! I see people rocking yoga pants everywhere! They are just so darn comfortable… I would live in them if it was appropriate attire for all occasions haha.
I thought the website is cute and informational. When I first logged on it was amazing looking at all the posts that were related to mothers. The video Is a great aspect to the site. I really enjoy the music video. It is fun and smart. I say it is fun because after I closed out of the site the song was still playing in my head, and now I will order a pair of those Yoga Pants as soon as I can. Thanks
