If you have read any of my other nursing bra reviews, you might already know that I made huge mistakes when buying nursing bras with my first baby. First, I did not research any brands and went with whatever was on sale at Target. Second, I ran out and bought a ton of nursing bras while still pregnant not knowing that once my milk came in those bras would be useless since they were the wrong size.
Having never had a baby before, I had no idea the changes my body was going to go through postpartum. Knowing what I know now, I would never have wasted the time or the money on buying so many bras that early.
That said, one of the things I love about the Bravado Body Silk Seamless nursing bra is that it is made to fit your changing body. This is a great bra to wear when pregnant as well as while nursing. It does not have underwire (which is very uncomfortable to wear when pregnant with a big ole belly) and is made of spandex and nylon. It has some good stretch to it which makes it ideal for fitting to your specific body shape.
This would be the perfect bra to wear after delivery while in the hospital and for those first few weeks lounging around with your baby. It is one of the few nursing bras that I recommend for pregnant moms to purchase while still expecting.

Choosing the Right Size
The Bravado Seamless is fairly simple to size. It runs in small to x-large and if you follow the sizing chart below, you should be able to find the correct size fairly easy. If you are pregnant, depending on where you fall on the chart, you may want to go up a size to make room for any further breast growth when your milk comes in. Or if you are planning to wear as a maternity bra, then get the correct size and reassess if you need to buy an additional size later after baby comes.

Colors:
One thing I love about the Bravado Seamless bra is the variety. It comes in NINE (!) colors. Fun colors like Cherry Red and Jungle Purple are available along with your basic white, black and nude. Most colors come in all sizes which is nice.

I am a visual learner so if you are like me, then it might help to see the features of the Bravado Body Silk Seamless play out in front of you. So for your viewing pleasure enjoy this extremely short video that will give you the skinny on what this bra has to offer.
You can see how amazingly comfortable this bra is. I love that she demonstrated the stretch of the bra because it gives you a good idea as to why this bra is perfect for maternity wear and nursing wear. It really conforms to your changing body.
Another nice thing about the seamless feature of the bra is that it is comfortable to sleep in. Trust me, you won’t be sleeping braless again for the rest of your life! The “girls” will be forever changed. You will need a good sleep bra.
What are Moms Saying about the Bravado Body Silk Seamless?
Reviews for this bra are overwhelmingly positive on Amazon.
Moms love how soft and comfortable the Bravado Seamless is. Also, they loved how easy it is to nurse in. The clips are sturdy but easy to undo with one hand which is important when you are holding a hungry baby. Bravado bras are well made and many moms felt it held up well to being worn constantly.
Like all products, there were some negatives. The removable pads seem to be a common complaint. Most moms felt they gave their breasts a strange shape. Some larger chested moms also felt the bra itself wasn’t supportive enough.
I personally feel the Bravado is best as a maternity bra and bra for those early nursing days or nights. Depending on your style or if you are smaller chested, the Bravado Seamless could work as an everyday wear bra but coming from a gal who grew 4 sizes post baby, I could not wear this bra under a t-shirt. It wasn’t enough support for me. To be honest, only an underwire bra kept the “ladies” in their proper position at my chest instead of at my knees.
If you are larger chested, you may want to consider this bra for your early nursing days and for at night. It truly is perfect for that. But I would recommend you go with a more supportive nursing bra to be worn during the day when you are out.

Bottomline
The Bravado Body Silk Seamless nursing bra is a fantastic and comfortable bra. I highly recommend it as a maternity and/or nursing bra. I think you will find the soft, stretchy fabric a welcome cushion after the beating your nipples take in those early days with a newborn. Not to mention the pain of having engorged breasts. Nothing hurts more than a constricting bra. This bra is definitely worth a look.
As for where to buy, I have found Amazon to have the best prices for the Bravado Silk Seamless. I would start there…
I hope you enjoy this bra as much as I have!

Gosh, i couldn’t help thinking… “i wish this bra was not just for breastfeeding momma. It looks incredible comfortable and supportive at the same time. My daughter is breastfeeding now, so i cannot wait to share it with her. She’s always complaining about not being able to find one that’s comfortable and fits!

Comfort is definitely a problem when nursing. I wore these when pregnant too and loved them. I truthfully have been known to wear them around the house and at night when not nursing but don’t tell anyone, okay? haha
